The Service Provider will also be required to provide strategic Health and Safety advice to the Authority on the formulation of policies and procedures ensuring that the Authority is compliant with all relevant Health and Safety regulations. There is also a requirement to deliver Health and Safety training to the Authority and ad hoc advice when required on other issues as they arise.
