Wireless telecommunications services is required for 11 NATO member nations.
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is responsible for the in-service support of major NATO Communications and Information Systems.
It is looking procure and manage a global mobile telephony service from one or multiple suppliers.
This will help NATO communicate globally across 11 member nations and to manage these services centrally.
You should be able to provide wireless telecommunications services should be provided to:
Belgium
Germany
Italy
The Netherlands
Norway
Poland
Portugal
Spain
Turkey
UK
USA
As an option for Belgium you should be able to provide wireless telecommunications services to NATO HQ (NHQ), accounting for 1000+ users.
The contract may be extended to other countries after the award of the contact based on NATO requirements, this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You will be responsible to coordinate and assure GSM services, as required, to cover SIM card issuance and service provision.
This is accordance with local regulatory laws concerning mobility services provisioning (voice, data and text) to be used by NATO staff in performing the work, in the specific Country of assignment.
You should to able to manage the insurance of the necessary SIM cards to the customer service units.
It is estimated that the number of subscriptions with associated SIM cards to be issued will be approximately 3,500.
