Description: Under this Housing and Debt and HPCDS Procurement Process, the LAA is inviting responses to its Invitations to Tender (“ITTs”) for the delivery of publicly funded civil legal aid services from February 2022 under a 2018 Standard Civil Contract (also referred to as a “Face to Face Contract”) in the Housing and Debt Categories of Law in the Specific Location
The LAA is also inviting responses from Applicants to its Invitations To Tender (“ITTs”) for the delivery of publicly funded civil legal aid services under a 2013 Standard Civil Contract (as amended) (“HPCDS Contract” or “Contract”) in each of the following HPCDS Schemes;

Applicants wishing to deliver Housing and Debt Services under a Face to Face Contract must submit a Tender which consists of a response to the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and the Housing and Debt ITT.
Applicants wishing to deliver services under the HPCDS Contract must submit a Tender which consists of a response to the SQ and the HPCDS ITT. Where an Applicant does not already hold a 2018 Standard Civil Contract with authorisation to deliver Housing and Debt Contract Work, it must also submit a response to the Housing and Debt ITT for the appropriate Procurement Area.
This opportunity opens on 2 December 2021. The deadline for submitting a Response is 5pm on 23 December 2021.
