PSNI will rely on Regulation 32 (2) (b) (ii) and (iii) as the supplier owns proprietary rights and in addition Regulation 32 (5) (b) as vendor alignment must be maintained with other UK Forces and AGS (An Garda Síochána) to provide technical interoperability and allow data exchange capability.
