Provision of Ground Handling Services for Voyager Aircraft in the event of a diversion on a scheduled flight. Additionally welfare support will be required for Vulnerable Passengers (VP) such as Unaccompanied Minors (UNMIN), Aeromedical Evacuation patients and medical support personnel (AEROMED) and Elderly & Infirm Passengers (EIP) as well as providing a standard duty of care to Civilian Fare Paying (CFP) passengers
