4. Description: Provision of Periodic Service and Health and Safety Test for 12 Numatic HEPA Vacuums for 5 Years to include the following:

a. Provide preventative maintenance (PM), service consumable parts, and repair as necessary, for Qty 12 Numatic (HZ370 or equivalent) HEPA filtered Vacuum and LEV systems subject to 6 monthly inspections.

b. Servicing schedule should be similar to the following;

i. Jan – Lot 1, Qty 6 Units.
ii. Mar – Lot 2, Qty 6 Units.
iii. Jul – Lot 1, Qty 6 Units.
iv. Sep – Lot 2, Qty 6 units .

c. The servicing shall include any piece of equipment that has been upgraded or substituted with an equivalent product.

d. The contractor shall include appropriate certification for any work carried out as specified in EN 60335-2.69 Annex AA (22.AA.201.2).

e. The contractor shall provide a 5 day turn around, including collection and delivery from 1710 NAS, HMNB (P), PO1 3GX.
