Duties would include:
management and operation of the tunnels
operation and maintenance of the electrical and mechanical equipment and electronic systems of the tunnels
providing non-structural maintenance and repairing works for the upkeep of the tunnels
providing landscape services for the horticulture and vegetation area within the tunnel area
selection and appointment of advertising agents for the displaying advertisements at approved locations with the tunnel area
