Description: This Pre – Qualification Questionnaire will produce a Select List that will be asked to tender for a number of individual ITT’s which will be run as separate and independent procurement exercises each with a distinct and separate timeline; and let as separate and individual contracts.
Each competition is anticipated to be of an equivalent value and complexity and a brief description is provided below. However, Radius reserve the right to amend it’s requirements at any stage of this process.

Project 2 consists of works at: MEI Chisholm Court and McIlroy Court
Radius Housing Association wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor(s) to provide Multi-Element Improvements including Health and Safety works at specific general needs/sheltered housing blocks across Northern Ireland. The main work elements are:
Internal and external door replacements (including fire rated doors, SBD flat entrance doors and fully automated external doors)
Internal fire rated glazed screen replacements
Metal curtain walling and window replacements
Electrical consumer unit upgrades to flats
General and emergency lighting upgrades
Fire detection system upgrades
Warden call system upgrades
Suspended ceiling grid replacements
Firestopping and compartmentation works
Cyclical redecoration and external maintenance works
Cavity wall insulation extraction and filling works
Car park resurfacing works
