An organisation is looking for a regional risk management system for the OECS Economic Union.
You should be able to facilitate the operation of a harmonised border management structure among relevant national border agencies.
The structure should be efficient, predictable and transparent in managing the importation and exportation of goods into the ECEU area and facilitating the free circulation of goods among Protocol Member States.
You should also be able to:
assist in enhancing risk analysis and management in the OECS Economic Union
identify capacity gaps within the operations of Customs and other border control agencies
identify and manage risks in their respective areas of responsibility, in accordance with international principles and practices
develop solutions for strengthening and integrating the institutional and regulatory frameworks of national and regional risk assessment and management functions
