Description: The Awarding Authority has identified a pathway to Net Zero by 2030, and is now seeking an external consultancy to provide independent, experienced and expert view on the proposed journey to achieve the stated aim. We are seeking proposals from organisations capable of undertaking reviews in the following four key areas; 1) Review of our Baseline position 2) Advice and guidance on Supply Chain emissions and reductions thereof 3) Review of our proposed pathway, and the identified approaches 4) Support and guidance around the selection of Offsetting Schemes. We are seeking expert consultants with proven experience of Net Zero initiatives, who could commence the above work in early October, and deliver the desired outputs over a four month period.
