You should be able to design materials/activities to increase public awareness, understanding and appreciation of:

strategic action plan and blue economy as a new development paradigm for the economic growth and development of Saint Lucia
The materials should contribute to a better understanding of:
what the blue economy is
why it is important for Saint Lucia’s growth and development
Tasks include:
meeting with the project management team to discuss the inception phase
design of materials and activities for outreach programme
submit a draft report highlighting the work undertaken
