4. Description: Engineering works and construction works. Expressions of Interest are requested to tender for the design, supply and installation of a new moving target on a tank range facility to support live firing trials.

The Provision Oblique Moving Target System needs to meet the following as a minimum:
• Target is to maintain a consistent speed of 30kph for the duration of the engagement area.
• The Track length must be 250m long in total with exposure length of 170m
• The target must be able to Accelerate and decelerate with the space of 40lm to 30kmh
• The mover must be able to accommodate Target sizes of:
1. C1 Generic Witness Screen
2. C10 2.12m (W) x 2.05m (H)
3. C13 2.5m (W) x 0.48m (H)
4. C14 0.82m (W) x 1.24m (H)
5. C15 3.5m (W) x 1.5m (H)
6. C16 1m (W) x 1m (H)
7. C17 1.5m (W) x 1.75m (H)
8. C18 0.8m (W) x 0.8m (H)

This is for the design, supply and installation of a new moving target, on a tank range facility, to support live firing trials only and the main construction/civil engineering works on the tank facility are being undertaken by others.

Tenders are able to express an interest for design, supply and installation of a new moving target.
