4. Description: The Authority has a requirement for the Sovereign Base Areas (SBA) Police and Customs. The requirement is for a ‘Start-Up Pack’ of fully compatible equipment, with Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to facilitate the development of a Technical Surveillance capability to allow identification, monitoring and presecution of illegal activities with the SBA and in line with UK Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA). All equipment must meet relevant current UK and EU legislation.
