Public sector contract for industrial gas supply and construction work.
You should be able to supply and install liquid medical oxygen gas.
A construction of a platform, fence and base is also required.
It is wanted for the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases satellite centre in Larkana, Hyderabad and Sukkur.
To bid you must:
provide evidence of production of medical gas under British/US Pharmacopoeia
comply with ISO guidelines evidence will be needed
provide evidence of periodic quality testing record of medical gases
provide proof of facility for compressed medical gas cylinder for Hydrostatic pressure test
install an alarm system in hospital to show VIE and line pressure
provide written evidence for a continuous supply of medical gases
has no litigation and blacklist from public and private sector organisations in Pakistan. (an affidavit will be required)
provide details of 3 previously continuous supplied oxygen gas in at least 3 hospitals
