Waltham Forest Council has officially given the seal of approval for Heathcote school to expand.The council made the decision to allocate £12 million to create a new teaching block.Thrilled bosses at the popular Normanton Park said the expansion will help ease the ever increasing pressure on school places in Waltham Forest due to the growing population.
