Project to determine framework arrangements between National Meteorological and Hydrological Services and National Disaster Office.
Description
The consultancy is wanted by the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) to:
determine the framework guiding operational arrangements between the National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHS) and National Disaster Offices (NDO)
develop new Model Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) or improve the established SOPs in collaboration with the NHMSs and NDOs
The project will also test and harmonise the revised model SOPs in 4 CDEMA states and see how relevant and appropriate they are to institutions.
