4. Description: Cleaning services. 1.1. Defence Munitions (‘the Authority’) requires the hiring of four independent aqueous parts washers (cleaning stations ) installed and periodically serviced, emptied of its contaminated waste and replenished on each occurrence with fresh cleaning solution. It is anticipated that the periodicity of each on-site visit for servicing, waste removal and solution replenishment will be every 8 weeks.

Other Information: Mandated ISO Certification Update: ISO 50001 has been removed from the requirement including Stage 3 Technical Evaluation line item 3.7. Therefore Tenders will not be evaluated against line 3.7. ISO 50001 will also be removed from the Statement of Requirement (SoR) when contract is awarded.

Administration Error at Stage 3 Technical Evaluation: Line item 3.15 states ‘Tenderer has provided information on how they will conduct the 10-weekly service in line with SoR item 2.4.’ This is incorrect and a admin error has been spotted, line item 3.15 should state ‘Tenderer has provided information on how they will conduct the 10-weekly service in line with SoR item 2.8.’

DCO Description Update: ‘ It is anticipated that the periodicity of each on-site visit for servicing, waste removal and solution replenishment will be every 8 weeks.’ This has been updated to ‘ It is anticipated that the periodicity of each on-site visit for servicing, waste removal and solution replenishment will be every 10 weeks.’ To reflect the requirement and supporting documents within the ITT.
13. Description of Amendment / Addition: Addendum has been created to inform Tenderers of updates to Stage 3: Technical Evaluation in the removal of line 3.7 and the correction at line 3.15.

Additionally DCO description has been updated to reflect service periodicity to align with the Invitation to Tender and supporting documents.
