There will be plenty more space to bounce around at Reading’s trampoline park as the popular family attraction has been granted permission to double in size.Atom Trampoline Park in Gillette Way opened its doors to the public earlier this year and submitted the application to Reading Borough Council on Monday, June 13.The centre has more than 50 interconnected trampolines, as well as a giant air bag, a traversing wall, a dodgeball court, a junior bounce area and a tumble track.Due to its popularity, the Atom team applied for planning permission to build a 10,000 sq ft extension to double the current capacity, and it has been granted.Building work is expected to start in the coming weeks – the park will not be closing.
