Leeds-based Trilandium has been appointed on North West developer Elliot Group’s first Yorkshire scheme.Trilandium will construct Victoria House on Skinners Lane in Leeds city centre.The 106 apartments, adjacent to the city’s £165m Victoria Gate shopping centre, have all been sold off-plan to UK and overseas retail investors.A 60-week programme has a construction value of £6.5m and WYG is acting as project manager for the Falconer Chester Hall-designed development.Preparatory work has already begun on site and the scheme is expected to be completed by December 2017.
