Proposals to build a 24-hour gym at the Banbury Cross Retail Park in Oxfordshire have been given the green light.Cherwell District Council’s planning committee has granted permission for Kames Capital to construct a new building which will sit flush with the unit abutting Ruscote Avenue, which houses Poundworld.PureGym has been named as the future occupant of the new building, which will incorporate 15,000 sq ft of floor space.
