Taymouth Castle Golf and Spa Resort is on schedule to open early in 2017 following an extensive £25 million refurbishment.Situated just north-east of the village of Kenmore in Perth and Kinross, the castle initially opened in 2016.The transformation saw the introduction of 54 luxurious suites.Boasting a whole host of amenities including a championship standard 18 hole golf course, equestrian centre and fishing within its 450 acre estate, it is hoped the revamp will make the Taymouth Castle one of Scotland’s most sought after 5 star hotel destinations.The resort is being offered to investors on a freehold basis, either by fractional ownership or as a whole unit.
