II.1.4) Short Description: New High End Digital Flow Cytometer Analyser: the University of Leeds is seeking tenders for a New High End Digital Flow Cytometer Analyser. The proposed system will be sited within the FoMH Flow Cytometry and imaging facility within Leeds Institute of Medical Research at St James’s based on the St James’s University Hospital Campus. The system will be to replace our existing LSRII 4 laser 18 parameter SORP system that is 7 years old and is coming to the end of its serviceable life by the manufacturer. The envisaged replacement system will allow for duplication of existing capabilities on our LSRII analyser platform with additional features allowing to expand the scope of research applications that can be performed within the facility and partner more deeply with the capabilities of our high-end 5 laser 20 parameter influx cell sorter.
