II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The provision is for support to adults (16+) with low level mental health problems living in Angus. Anyone experiencing difficulty coping with the stresses of daily life; feeling that they need support to stay healthy and meet their full potential; or assistance to be able to participate fully in their community, social and work life will be eligible for support. The focus is on early intervention/prevention and on equipping service users with the necessary tools to self manage their mental and physical health and wellbeing.
