We have considerable skill in defining, developing and delivering Supportability, Human Factors Integration and Reliability Cases. To ensure the Cases provided by DSSEC allow a system to function optimally, all analyses supporting the Cases is compliant with the Defence Logistic Framework; the Support Solutions Envelope; Defence Standards 00-600, 00-042, 00-251 and their Joint Service Publications. Our knowledge and agility enables the flexibility to integrate ILS / supportability analyses with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practice governed programmes and projects, adding true value over and above the face value of the deliverable; it’s a reputational thing.
