We are looking to engage with an experienced contractor supply chain who provide supply and installation of passive fire protection on the top 3m of the Green tunnel and porous portal as per the below cross section. works.

Suppliers should be aware of the scale of this project and should assess their internal capabilities to be able to carry out the intended scope of works, prior to completing this expression of interest (EOI).
The passive fire protection shall:
Provide a protection level equivalent to 35mm of Promatect-T boards.
Prevent the reinforcement temperature (105mm nominal cover) to exceed 450°C when tested to the Eureka curve.
Prevent concrete spalling over 40mm deep when tested to the Eureka curve.
Achieve a design life of 120 years.
Be designed by the subcontractor to withstand the design pressure & suction loads
