This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to gather information from the market for potential procurement options related to the design and construction of a police custody centre for Scottish Police Authority (SPA).
The intention of issuing this document is to facilitate constructive and meaningful dialogue which will be beneficial to all involved and enable the Scottish Police Authority (‘the Authority’) to get a better understanding of the capabilities and expertise of the market place relating to the subject area and most beneficial route to market prior to any potential procurement exercise.
