Engagement process description
The Commissioner invites interested suppliers to take part in pre-market engagement activities. These will include site visits to the three canteen locations in the Bridgend area, followed by a meeting with key stakeholders to discuss the requirements in more detail. Each visit and discussion is expected to take no longer than one hour.
Suppliers should note that insights gained during this engagement may influence aspects of the final specification. Additionally, any questions raised and responses provided will be shared with all bidders in an anonymised format to ensure transparency. Participation in these activities is not mandatory for tender submission but is encouraged to gain a thorough understanding of the requirements
Site visits are scheduled for 14 and 15 January, with additional dates potentially added based on demand. Further visits may also be available during the tender period; however, these will not include stakeholder discussions.
If you wish to participate in the pre-market engagement, please email gemma.evans2@gwent.police.uk.
