4. Description: The awarding authority is seeking to set up a framework of qualified and experienced contractors to provide welding and metal fabrication services, primarily to support the structural upkeep and operational readiness of Fire and Rescue infrastructure.
Please note that suppliers will only be able to bid for a maximum of 2 Lots from the 6 lots available.
The top 3 scoring contractors will be awarded to each Lot and they will be ranked in order of the scores they receive as part of the tender evaluation.
The Framework will be in place for 2 years with an option for a further 2 year extension.
