The Awarding Authority is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier for the supply and delivery of Public Order Protection Items. To inform same, the PSNI is undertaking this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise. The purpose of the PME is to understand the extent of Suppliers in the ‘Public Order Protection Items’ market and what their capabilities are with regard to delivering the required items. At this stage, any information gathered through this Exercise will inform internal business planning and any possible subsequent procurement process and will NOT be appraised in any future tender evaluation exercise. For the avoidance of doubt, this is the scoping phase and is not part of a formal procurement process. Completed Questionnaires must be returned via the messaging system by 05 December 2025.
