Jamaica seeks security systems to support its National Identification System
The Jamican government is inviting tenders for the acquisition of access control systems and surveillance cameras as part of the National Identification System (NIDS) Implementation for Economic Growth project. This initiative is financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Loan No. 4437/OC-JA, with a total allocation of USD 68 million for goods, works, consulting, and non-consulting services.
The procurement will follow national bidding procedures in accordance with the IDB’s Procurement of Works and Goods Policies (GN2349-9).
Requirements include:
Supply and installation of access control systems and surveillance cameras
Manufacturer’s authorisation to sell and install the systems
