Description: The Awarding Authority seeks to understand the commercial availability of a high dose Naloxone Hydrochloride (8mg or above) product which can be used as a self or buddy administered capability to treat the incapacitating and lethal effects of exposure to highly potent opioids. To inform our understanding of the current market, The Awarding Authority seeks answers to the following questions:
1. Does your company manufacture/market a high dose Naloxone (8mg or above) product? Please also provide information on strength and the form in which the dose is delivered.
2. Does your company hold a Marketing Authorisation (MA) for a high dose Naloxone product? If so, which country(s) is the authorisation held? If there is no current MA in place, can you please confirm the licencing strategy for the product.
3. What is the estimated lead time from order to manufacture and delivery of the product?
4. What is the unit cost? Please include minimum orders quantities and add any variances against different order quantities.
5. Are there any challenges that you would want to bring to the Authority’s attention that have not been covered in previous questions?
