Supplier selection will be based a Value Scorecard assessment toolkit.
The Value Scorecard approach will facilitate the Contractor’s evaluation to understand the suitability of the tendering suppliers using variable weightings for categories, such as Technical capability, Heath & Safety, Quality, Environmental and Sustainability, People, Commercial, and Price.
All suppliers will be required to undergo Costain Supplier Onboarding, (Business Assurance), and due diligence checks as a precondition to any resultant selection for and award.
