4. Description: The Trust requires external graphic design support to the Communications Team to assist with a range of design work. This will be on an “as needed” basis when the internal resources are at capacity.

The contract will run from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2028, with the option to extend by one further period of 12 months. The estimated value of work per annum is approximately £16,000 + vat, but there is no guarantee of spend. Services will be “called off” as and when required. The Trust does not guarantee any level of business or exclusivity arising from this opportunity.
