4. Description: The Awarding Authority invites tenders for the provision of a Youth Engagement and Diversionary Programme in Specified Location for the period of 1 September 2025 – 31 March 2028, with the option to extend for up to a further 18 months, subject to performance, review, and funding.
The Programme Provider will deliver developmental programmes to young people at a higher risk of becoming engaged within the criminal justice system, and divert young people into more positive activities, build their aspirations as well as their resilience, to improve future decision making and achievements.
