APEX Housing Association is preparing to procure the delivery of a Digital Communication Transformation Project across its portfolio, which includes, Sheltered housing schemes General needs Flats Hostels Community Centres Community Hubs Retail Units Offices This project involves the replacement and upgrade of existing life safety and building communication systems across 36 sites in total. The systems to be replaced include: Fire Alarm Systems Warden Call Systems Video Intercom Systems Access Control Systems Security / Intruder Detection Systems.
