4. Description: This project is to replace the zinc roof covering and profiled aluminium windows on the Specified Location. The building was originally a four-storey building with a timber/steel framed top added, some thirty years ago. After thirty years, the Zinc roof and wall cladding along with the profiled windows are due for replacement. The existing rainwater gulley’s are internal and have proved to be problematic so the proposed solution will include changing the design to external rainwater goods.
