4. Description: We are seeking early engagement to discuss an upcoming tender opportunity for the construction of a 9-chair dental facility, inclusive of associated amenities, designed to meet CQC standards. This project will involve a JSP-compliant modular build, which boasts a life expectancy of at least 10 years, though the anticipated period of occupation is 7 years. The structure must be demountable or easily removable once the temporary requirement concludes and will be surface-mounted on jackpads, requiring minimal excavation. Moreover, the facility will have surface-mounted external services with power, water, waste, and data connections readily available. The design must ensure DDA compliant access and facilities, including welfare provisions such as toilets and wash areas. The modular units should be suitable for transport on public roads. We are open to options for long-term hire or a one-off purchase with the potential option for selling back the modular units. The expected cost for this project is estimated at £3 million.
