The exact location of the works will be specified during the call off stage. It is envisaged that this DSS will be utilised for the following Category of projects; Lot 1- Groundworks Lot 2: Repairs, Refurbishments and Decoration Lot 3: Roofing Lot 4: Thermal improvements Lot 5: Door and Window Installation Lot 6: Electrical Works Lot 7: Kitchens and Bathroom Lot 8: Site Clearance, House clear-outs, House Cleans and Environmental Cleans Lot 9: Drainage and Sewage Maintenance Lot 10: Asbestos Works Lot 11: Property Security Lot 12: Heating Systems.
