4. Description: To continue to engage with the local community,Awarding Authority
requires a supplier to develop and deliver a 45-minute pantomime to schools within the area. Funding for the 2025 pantomime has been secured, however additional shows for this campaign and/or other community engagement campaigns may be required over the next few years.
The contract will therefore be awarded to the successful supplier for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. However, the only work guaranteed on award of this contract is the 2025 Bernie pantomime. Any future projects will be dependent on funding secured.

Minimum standards and qualification required
The Supplier must ensure that all those delivering the Pantomime in the schools have a valid enhanced DBS check. Evidence will need to be provided to SWFRS prior to commencement of the contract.
