4. Description: The Awarding Authority is seeking provision of a collection and laundering service for transport service protective clothing for mechanics currently based in the Specified Location. The protective clothing sets will consist of: (a) a set of frame retardant overalls, or (b) a combination of a jacket and a pair of trousers (both of which will be flame retardant). The Contractor will be required to collect clothing sets once a week from each depot and carry out the required laundry. Laundered sets must be returned by the Contractor to each depot at the time of collection on the following week.
