4. Description: The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) intends to launch a competitive bidding process for the Provision of mobile phone devices for UNOG. UNOG is, therefore, seeking interested, qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of these devices. The devices are aimed at equipping the organization with reliable and efficient mobile communication tools to provide essential connectivity to its staff. UNOG requires new/unused, and unlocked phones that can be used in any location around
the world.UNOG will not accept clones or grey market devices. All mobile phone purchases, repair and replacement are to be handled by the provider. It is expected that there should be a single point of contact for all hardware-related issues. Delivery: Delivery at Place (DAP) UNOG Offices at Geneva (INCOTERMS 2010). This requirement may lead to a contract award for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of a two-year extension
