4. Description: The erection of a +24m radar tower and staircase along with an associated comms cabin (portacabin) to be situated within part of the Specified Site. A 5.15m high radome and 0.6m lightening finial will sit on top of the tower and will be provided by others.
At the base of the tower there will be a small communications building which will house associated communication equipment. The tower and comms building will be located within a secure compound with a 2.4 metre fence.
