The contractor needs to be able to maintain Honeywell Alarm Systems and to provide details of previous experience working on this product. The contractor will be responsible for service of each alarm and test against the schedule provided by the electrical service engineer and to maintain them and ensure they meet fire regulation standards. Inspection and servicing visit should be carried out every six months – otherwise the fire alarm system won’t be BS 5839 compliant.
