Title of IFIB: Contract support for planning, design and execution of validation event
Requirement: HQ SACT Concept Development Branch requires one contractor to support scenario writing and concept validation event planning, design and execution for Cognitive Warfare Concept Validation. This contractor must have:
a strong background in strategic scenario writing, war-gaming and experimentation methods
experience in applying said methods to non-tangible aspects like human terrain, cognition, decision making, influence and/or hybrid threats, to support scenario writing and concept validation event planning, design and execution for Cognitive Warfare Concept Validation.
Type of contract: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
Period of performance: 3 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 with the possibility of one, 6-month option period of 3 January to 30 June 2024.
