The current contract for Contracts for the internal refurbishment and external/environmental works – Framework Lead is projected to end on 26-OCT-22 and may be available for retender. The authority wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced service providers to enter into framework agreements for internal refurbishment and external /environmental works to residential housing and flatted blocks owned by the authority, comprising:
Lot 1 – internal refurbishment programme,
Lot 2 – external and environmental works programme.
