A pipeline has been launched for Structural and Refurbishment works across Tidworth.The contract start Date is 1 September 2021. Approach to market date is 1 July 2021.Structural and refurbishment works required to 427 no. properties across Tidworth split into 19 Archetypes consisting of Two-storey detached; Two-storey semi-detached; Two-storey terraced and Three-storey townhouses.Brief scope of works likely to include:Demolish chimney and repair roofBrace rafters & fit Helifix bowties to rafters and ceiling joistsFit Helifix Bowties @ 600 c/c to rafters, ceiling and floor joistsOpen up wall boarding, fix straps and repair wall boardsRemove GRP features, reduce gable, extend roof and fit bargeboardReplace floor joists, boards and strapsReplace 2 no. tilt and turn windowsRewireReplace ceilingsReplace flooringFit new kitchen and bathroomFully rub down and repaint Juliet balconiesFully redecorateThese works are to be packaged separately (TBC).For Amey to accept any Expression of Interest it is ESSENTIAL that any subcontractor is a member of Constructionline at GOLD LEVEL 3.If successful the subcontractor will need to pass a pre-qualification questionnaire, sign up to Amey Terms and Conditions, and meet the MoD Security Requirements.This advert is for Expressions of Interest (BY EMAIL ONLY) – from the responses and our existing subcontractor data base we shall compile the tender list.
