Short description of requirement: Weapons, ammunition and associated parts. Subject to a possible future requirement:

The Authority has the potential future requirement for Tactical Guided Munition Indirect (TGMI), to supply an inductively set 2D Course Correcting Fuze suitable for 155mm High Explosive (HE) In-Direct Artillery ammunition and compatible with the British Army Howitzer, 155mm Self-propelled L131 (AS90). This exercise is purely for information only at this stage, the Authority reserves the right to not proceed with this requirement further.

The MOD currently supports the British Army with unguided Fuzing systems, compatible with the in-service 155mm ammunition suite.

The User requires an organic, guided, indirect 155mm ammunition capability which minimises the Circular Error of Probability (CEP) in order to engage targets with increased accuracy and reduced logistic burden, in support of multi-domain operations and a modernised Army, as an element of the Close Support Fires Programme (CSFP).
