Predmet nabave je pružanje energetske usluge u svrhu poboljšanja energetskih svojstava javne rasvjete u Općini Jelsa što podrazumijeva postizanje dokazivih ušteda, a koje će se postići provođenjem mjera energetske učinkovitosti (nadalje: Mjere), koje se sastoje od:

List and brief description of conditions:1.2.Dokaz o obrazovnim i stručnim kvalifikacijama za nominirane stručne djelatnike i to za minimalno jednog zaposlenog inženjera gradilišta ili voditelja radova elektrotehničke struke. Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti gospodarskog subjekta iz ove točke se dokazuje:
— gospodarski subjekt čiji je poslovni nastan u Republici Hrvatskoj dužan je dostaviti važeću Diplomu o stečenoj stručnoj spremi i važeće Uvjerenje o položenom stručnom ispitu.
Posebni uvjeti za stranu fizičku osobu koja u stranoj državi ima pravo obavljati poslove navedeni su u DON-u.
1.1.Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti
Dokaz o upisu gospodarskog subjekta u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

— izvatkom iz sudskog, obrtnog, strukovnog ili drugog odgovarajućeg registra koji se vodi u državi članici njegova poslovnog nastana.
