Games Workshop has signed a deal for a major new warehouse distribution base in the East Midlands.SEGRO will develop the 177,500 sq ft base at its flagship 700-acre multi-modal logistics hub.SEGRO Logistics Park East Midlands Gateway (SLPEMG) will become the main distribution hub for the listed manufacturer of fantasy miniatures, who will be supplementing its current distribution operation within Nottingham.Other companies who have previously committed to the park include Amazon, XPO Logistics, Kuehne & Nagel and ShopDirect.SLPEMG is forecast to create 7,250 jobs on site, 900 construction jobs and 3,000 indirect jobs.Burbage Realty, CBRE and Savills are agents for the scheme.
