Verejný obstarávateľ použije postup priameho rokovacieho konania podľa § 81 písm. b) bod. 3, “ide o výhradné práva a za predpokladu, že neexistuje žiadna primeraná alternatíva alebo

Obstarávania”.Uchádzač Expol Pedagogika spol. s r.o., so sídlom Heydukova 12-14, 811 08 Bratislava, SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA, IČO 35711302″ predložil – platné licenčné zmluvy s autormi učebníc a platné schvaľovacie doložky na učebnice.
